We qualify accordant to the function of the particpant groups (Accordant to the target group):

• Lean Advisor / Lean Champion
• The management in Lean Production / Lean Management
• The management in Lean Production Systems (Toyota PS, TPS)
• The teams und teamleader in the practical implementation of the tools and of CIP
• Change Management for activation of the whole organisation

Professional qualification of the lean champion (Lean Advisor, lean champion, lean coordinator, depends on the companies title for this function). Professional training in all lean tools, organizational “glue“ around these toolsin order to integrate lean methods in daily work. One week of practical and professional training. Integrates a set of lean games and simulation to show practical training. Finalizes with a lean advisor certificate.

Is also a complete Lean production System training. Describes the required business processes to make the lean tools a permanent part of the management processes and team-based processes (ongoing CIP instead of Kaizen Blitz).

Describes the criteria of success for a successful lean transformation including cultural change.
